
Winery
The gastronomic proposal of Peix & Brases is completed with our wine cellar. A fundamental part of the restaurant consists of an extensive range of national and international wines with more than 400 references.

At the head of the winery is our sommelier, José Ignacio Arribas, who carefully selects each bottle of wine, champagne or sherry. From his hand, the customer will be able to travel the world through its most outstanding wines.

Because we understand wine as an indispensable part of gastronomy. That is why we take care of our cellar with the same dedication with which we go every day to the fish market in search of our fish and seafood.
